Postnatal Therapy Packages
At Live Organic Health we have designed a range of Post Natal Care Packages especially to help new mothers adjust to life with a new baby. Being a parent of two healthy children born at home with continuity of care from one special carer during and after birth, we understand the journey on which you will embark as a mother and evolving family.We believe that continuity of care from one carer for a particular course of treatments is the key to a confident and healthy mother. Even if you already have other children, our continuity of care will make you feel nurtured, confident, calmer and healthy. We ensure that your re-cooperation after childbirth and early mothering days includes the nurturing you need and deserve.
Each package includes-
- 2 hour visits (minimum), in the comfort of your own home (Brisbane Metropolitan area).
- Holistic post natal massage therapy for both you and your baby.
- Postural assessment, recommendations and gentle stretches.
- Breastfeeding and attachment guidance.
- Detailed information on nutritious foods, meal ideas and supplements (if necessary) to enhance breastfeeding and increase energy levels and ensure a fast recovery after birth.
- 2x Aromatherapy massage oils especially for mother and baby.
- Holistic advice, suggestions, moral support and reading matter for this important time.
- Valuable referals to other health care professionals, support and information groups.

2.5hr Post natal visit in your home Cost - $200
During this visit we can offer very similar care that is included in the next four package offers. Mum receives a 1 hr massage treatment,valued at $90 and bub also gets to enjoy a massage, valued at $30. It is also important to us to spend time with you to discuss how you can achieve a calm, confidant, and loving new experience for you and your new baby.This relaxed consultation will usually take approximately 1 hr before your treatment. If you are wanting follow-on care, we suggest that you consider our 2-8 visit options. If your not sure, maybe start with this option or CONTACT US to talk about your needs.

“New Beginnings” Two private visits in your own home providing-
- 2x 1hr post natal massage treatments especially for mum.

Mumatopia and Live Organic Health combined postnatal doula/massage package:
Get the best of both worlds with a combined Mumatopia and Live Organic Health postnatal package. Book Cas to provide practical in-home support after birth (cooking nutritious postnatal meals, light household cleaning and ironing, grocery shopping, entertaining kids while you rest as well as additional breastfeeding and infant care support) while Julie focuses on massage therapy, breastfeeding support and infant care. Combined packages start at $700 (ie. $200 LOH package plus $500 Mumatopia package) and include 1 X 2hr visit each day for five days from Cas in addition to whichever Live Organic Health Package services you choose. About Julie
Julie Williams’ interest in Remedial Therapies began in 1992, studying natural medicine and various massage styles.Following that, a strong belief in natural medicine and body therapies led Julie to developing a life long philosophy rather than just an existence.
Over the years Julie has worked in some of the beautiful island resorts of the Great Barrier Reef, various clinics throughout Brisbane and began her first clinic in West Lake in 1996.
Julie is a registered remedial massage therapist/natural therapist with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists and a postnatal doula. She is also a mother of two active and healthy children, born naturally and calmly at home with private midwifery care. Her wonderful birthing experiences, knowledge and confidence that she gained has lead Julie to developing special interests in remedial massage, pregnancy, pre and postnatal care, and nutrition. Julie has managed her own health naturally without drugs or antibotics for the past 18 years and has done the same for her children, now 11.5 and 8 years old.
In 2008 after returning to study, Julie began her business Live Organic Health. The vision was to offer a variety of muscular skeletal treatments and holistic therapies to help more people live well and feel connected to their body. Julie also felt the need to offer one-on-one care, nurturing, education and to improve the confidence of new mothers and their babies in their own home, following birth.
Julie has completed a Diploma of Applied Science in Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Shiatsu and is currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy. Julie has always had a passion for using food as medicine. Julie is excited to be able to share her experience and knowledge gained over the years as a mother, practitioner, and support person for birthing women.
