Retreat Terms & Conditions:
Payment Policy
To secure your place we require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon registering. The remainder is due by May 10, 2012 (two weeks prior).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, we’ll refund your registration payment minus the $100 deposit up until May 10. After May 10, bookings are non-refundable.
However, if we cancel the event or reschedule it, you are entitled to a full refund or a rebooking at the next retreat.
Use of The Outlook Facilities
All retreat guests are subject to The Outlook rules, regulations, terms and conditions in relation to use of the site, the accommodation and participation in organised activities. These will be available to read upon arrival at the The Outlook.
Food preparation
Cooking and preparing meals together will be a shared activity during the weekend.
Alcohol
You can bring alcohol to the retreat but bear in mind that this weekend is not designed to be a wild girls weekend but rather a relaxing, nurturing weekend for mums and pregnant women who need a break.
Smoking
For the health and wellbeing of mums, our retreat is a non-smoking event.
Use of computers and other gadgets
If you want to bring a laptop or ipad or any other valuable to the retreat you are welcome to do so at your own risk. Mumatopia and Precious Packages will not be responsible for the loss, damage or theft of any item brought by Retreat Participants to the retreat. There is a CD and DVD player, so you are welcome to bring CDs and DVDs. We just ask that you check in with other retreat participants before playing movies or music.
Transport
We ask that guests requiring transport plan to arrive at the pick up points at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure to ensure we can leave on time. If you are running late to meet the pick up times, you must notify us by mobile phone. As we have a schedule to work to, we may ask you to make your own way to the retreat if you are delayed by more than half an hour.
Dietary needs
Retreat guests must inform us of any dietary requirements at least one week prior to the retreat.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Mumatopia and Precious Packages will keep all personal information disclosed to us for the purposes of the retreat, confidential.
Medicines and Medical information
Retreat guests are required to inform us of any medicines they take or medical conditions prior to the retreat.
Weather
The retreat will go ahead rain, hail or shine. A refund will be given for any pre-booked activities cancelled by The Outlook. If this happens, Mumatopia and Precious Packages will issue refunds within four weeks after the retreat.
