Dancing Tiger Belly Dancing Studio in Ipswich has a couple of great events lined up for July and August. Idell Wadly is a belly dancing phenomenon, making the semi-finals of Australia’s Got Talent this year. Dancing Tiger is holding a free open day for women and girls at their studio on July 11, 2010, from 2 to 4pm. There’ll be Belly dance and Zumba plus free food tastings–loads of fun!
On Sunday August 1, 2010, the studio is hosting a Belly Dance and Birth workshop run by visiting Belly Dancer Suraya. Suraya is a doula who is also a pregnant mum. This workshop looks at both pregnancy and post natal exercises and ways to use Belly Dance to help the body. For more info about the workshop visit Suraya’s website.
